Welcome to the US Hispanic Small Business Development Center
Mission
Our mission is to preserve the continuity of business in small Hispanic businesses in the United States, through training programs and mentoring sessions. We offer techniques and solutions to avoid crises and risks inherent to the development of the company and external factors such as financial, pandemic or market crises. In this way, we support businesses, through alliances with chambers of commerce, professional associations, non-profit foundations, and universities, to boost their growth and development.
Our training and coaching services are designed for participants to apply techniques immediately in the areas of Management, Sales, and Production. These are the most vulnerable internal areas of the small business in development. Many small Hispanic businesses close operations in the first years due to lack of knowledge and support. This organization provides them with tools to avoid or overcome the internal and external obstacles that can affect their development and growth.
Our Strategy
We partner with chambers of commerce, foundations, and other support and education institutions to deliver our services through their channels and align with their goals. We also partner with universities and colleges to offer business courses and programs that are tailored to the needs of their key audiences and small business communities.
Our partnerships allow us to reach a wider audience, build relationships with key stakeholders, and gain credibility in the community. We are committed to working with these institutions to create a more supportive environment for small businesses in the United States.
